Fortunatrade Tours was founded in 1989 and offers its customers and business partners comprehensive services in tourism. Since its establishment it has been constantly expanding its portfolio.

Our main focus is on incoming tourism to Bosnia & Herzegovina and also to Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro and Serbia. We have been successfully doing business for many years with agencies in Croatia, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Austria and other countries in the Balkan region.

Staff and qualifications

Out agency has 16 highly-trained permanent staff and approximately 50 seasonal employees who work as tour guides. The team speaks English, German, Italian, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Norwegian.

All our tour guides take part in regular further training courses and the agency participates in all the important tourism fairs (WTM London, ITB Berlin, RDA Workshop Cologne, Milan, Oslo, Prague, CBR Munich, Ljubljana, Rimini etc.).

Business fields and services

All three offices have a highly-trained, competent team to cater for domestic and foreign travellers.

Our headquarters specialise in incoming tourism. It services include hotel accommodation for groups, transfers, tour guides, city tours and group trips through Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Our office in Hotel Ero deals mainly with outgoing tourism, sells airline and ferry tickets and books hotels and holidays worldwide.

Visitors to Mostar can get all relevant tourist information at our office in the Old Town where they can also buy souvenirs and exchange currency. Tourist information about Mostar and our country in general is available at all our offices.

Services for tour operators

We organise tours for large and small groups with transfers in modern busses, hotel accommodation, city tours and meals and also supply the tour guides.
