Staff and Qualifications

Our team is made up of three permanent staff with certified qualifications in tourism and nine seasonal employees. Two speak English, two French and one speaks German. All undergo regular further training courses and partake in conferences and presentations. We are licensed by the Ministry of Tourism to organise various types of trips for all age groups.

Background

Rams Travel Agency is part of Rams Co. and was established in 2004 as the first licensed agency in Bijelo Polje.

We organised the first group tours for foreign tourists and presented the town of Bijelo Polje abroad. The first summer camp for teenagers from Montenegro and France in a nearby village was organised by our agency as was a study trip to northern Montenegro for a group of French agricultural students in 2008.

Successful partnerships with French agencies have developed over the years and further cooperation with other European countries is being planned.

Business fields and services

We are in constant contact with our partner agencies in the region (in Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Macedonia and Slovenia) and follow the code of conduct regarding the sexual abuse of children in holiday destinations. RAMS works closely with the development organisations in Montenegro (GTZ, CHF, ADA and others).

Incoming tourism
We organise individual trips in line with your requirements (on special themes, requested duration, etc.). You can also avail of individual services such as accommodation, meals, tour guide, tickets etc.

Transport services
We provide jeeps or 4-wheel drives of various size (7, 17 or 28 seaters) for rural areas.

Outgoing tourism
In this field we organise school excursions, group tours or individual trips.

Special services

We offer rural holidays in northern Montenegro for all age groups. These encompass hiking trips, cycling tours or youth groups for visitors from abroad.
