Our team encompasses 20 employees, many with years of experience but also young people with new ideas and a keen sense of the latest trends in tourism.

Zepter Passport was established in 1999 as part of the Zepter International Company. Our head office is in Banja Luka and business trips are organised from our Sarajevo bureau. Our range of services cover all of Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Airline tickets
As a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) we book airline tickets to worldwide destinations quickly and at a reasonable price. Thanks to our years of close cooperation with various airlines, we have very good contacts with BH Airlines, Jat Airways, Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa, Croatia Airlines, Malev, KLM, Air France, CSA, Adria Airways, Al Italia, British Airways, Emirates, Delta Airlines and Ghadames Air Transport. Flights depart from the airports at Banja Luka, Sarajevo, Belgrade and Zagreb.
